RE: Plan review comments for BLD2014-0508
The drawings for this project have been revised to address the comments in your previous correspondence
and communications with the owner, Steve Balas. To summarize:
1 . The new heated space will be insulated to meet the current energy code requirements, and
noted as such on the plans.
2. The new beam has been sized by an engineer. His calculations are included.
3. The existing roof framing is shown for reference over the area of the new beam.
If additional modifications to the drawings are required, could you just mark those on the approved plans?
That way we can avoid another correction letter and the resubmittal of new drawings.
