To whom this may concern:
At the request of Terry Willy with American Wood Homes, this office reviewed the Subject project to answer
the building official comments.
Following is our response to those comments:
5. c) Load calculations and plan revisions are attached.
6. a)The covered patio has been eliminated from this projed.
b) Interior footings have been changed to 24", x 24" x 10" thick with.
c) See page 4, or detail I AND 2 / S-3,0.
d) Detail 7/ S-2.0 says holdown per schedule. The detail has becri revised to show rod and washer rather
a SSTB bolt.
7. See shearwall schedule, and detail I S-10.
8. As mentioned above, the covered patio has been eliminated from this project. The plywood nailing is
described in the structural notes on p. S-3.0, and details 1., 2, & 3 S-2.0.
