Work Performed:
Dug down W at spot of leak locate - finally located pipe about a foot and a half off from the marked
location.
Excavated down T to find cracked poly pipe then turned water off at meter.
Cut out section of line and did spot repair with Wirsbo pipe and fittings.
Turned water back on - no leaks were found.
Back-filled to grade.
