The shearwall notes on sheet 5.001 have been updated to reflect the usage of fire retardant treated wood sheathing. 6. Reference sheet A-5001: Please provide calculations and design details for the seismic anchorage of rooftop equipment weighing more than 400 lbs. (RTU -1 and RTU -2) The documents must be stamped and signed by a Washington state licensed engineer. ASCE 7-10, section 13.1.4. Detailing for RTUA and RTU -2 is shown in details 8, 9 & 10/S-004.
