Hello,
Thank you for your review and comments. I have made the following changes:
On Sheet 1:
- Added notes on 2x10 that supports east facing roof also included appropriate
framing hardware. These structures were always part of the plan, I just missed
providing the notes on the first submission.

- Corrected the callout to show a 1/2" threaded rod for the ABA46Z Post Base
connection to concrete. The previous designation for a 3/4" threaded rod was a
mistake. I reviewed the installation instructions for ABA46Z and corrected the
callout.
- Improved beam bending calculations by adding a 4th 4x6 post. Span is now
10'7". Build-up beam will be used with 2 2x10s#2 SPF. This design now
exceeds the L/180 requirements.
- Added callouts to show the required blocking along the beam in all areas.
I also included a new North facing elevation view since this view changes with the
added 4th post.
