GENERAL
3. Please include approval block on all plan sheets (at least those being resubmitted). I
can stamp other sheets asneeded.

1. Section 5.E of the Stormwater site plan states the project will have 0.153 acres (6,655
square feet) of pollution generating impervious surface (PG|S) area . The table in this
section of the report states there will be 11,124 square feet of PGIS. Please reconcile.

Sheet C3.1 — Grading, Drainage, and Paving Plan
12. b. Sheet A-5009 has been referenced for trash enclosure details. The details in the
architectural set show the drop pin sleeves in the closed gate position, but not in
the open gate position. Anote can beadded tothe civil set toaddress this.

the NW corner of the new parking lot. Standard parking stall dimensions are 8 Y2' x 16
Y2'. Please adjust curb on the north south to allow for a 16By length stall.

16. Please show continuation of RPMs, dividing the drive through lane from through traffic along the
north side of the project, to the curb to the east.
The RPM'S have been continued to the curb to the east as requested.
