This letter addresses comments made by City staff members which were provided in a letter dated March 2, 2015. 1 have tried to format this letter to match the provided comment letter for easier understanding. 1. The duplicate General Notes on the Cover sheet have been removed. 2. The existing water service from the existing meter to the existing house has been added. 3. Noted. The Contractor to do the work will fill out the permit. A traffic Control Sheet has been added to the plan set with a standard traffic control plan detail. 4. Noted. The Contractor to do the work will fill out the permit. 5. The material of the side sewer has been added to the sewer lateral callout. Details E6.2 & E6.3 have been added to the Drainage and Utility Sheet. Sheet 3 of 4. 6. A Note/Callout has been added to the SWPPP sheet stating that no work shall occur downhill of the silt fence or outside of the property lines. It has also been noted that any work within the stream buffer shall be done with hand tools. The biologist has added the note about the hand tools to his report. 7. A label has been added indicating the SSCO near the house with a rim and invert elevation. Without known as -built data the contractor will need to locate and pothole the existing lateral to determine the invert elevation at the location of the western SSC® prior to construction. b. Rim and invert elevations have been added to the SDC®'s within the infiltration galleries. 12. The impervious area summary table has been updated to match the updated site plan. 13. All of the paved surfaces are now shown to be asphalt. 14. The driveway width has been reduced to 24 feet wide. Thank you for taking the time to review this project.
