During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can be found
on the plans, and submit revised plans/documents to a permit coordinator in the Development Services
Department. Thank you.
1.Provide a completed Exterior Lighting energy form to show compliance with WSEC. Verify the
contents on the form correspond with the design shown on sheet IL1.01.
2.Provide a structural design for the installation of the parking lot lighting.
3.Sheet C4.01 and others show a total of 67 parking stalls, with 2 accessible stalls shown. 3 are
required. IBC 1106.1
4.Passenger loading zones are required to be accessible and comply with ICC A117.1 section 503.
Please show enough detail at both the car drop-off and the bus drop-off to indicate compliance with
this section. IBC 1106.7
