It appears that not all pertinent revisions were made to the plan per the original plan review
A complete review cannot be performed until the revised
comments dated May 21, 2015.
plans/documents, including a written response indicating where the ‘clouded’ or otherwise
highlighted changes can be found on the revised plans, have been submitted to a Permit
Coordinator.
Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Engineering, or Fire, may result in
additional comments.
1.Please provide roof framing and upper floor framing plans to help guide proper review of
this project. Presently, it appears that the new 4x12 in the basement may be carrying
unaccounted loading.
