Please consider this letter as certification that the roof elevation for the now house located at 344
Sunset Ave. N. constructed under permit number BLD 2013-1370 was field measured by
Encompass Engineering and Surveying on June 17th, 2015 and was found to be 124.48 feet
versus the maximum allowable height of 124.90. Therefore we found the as -built roof height to
be 0.42 feet lower than the maximum allowable height.
