Hello,
Jennifer Lambert is doing the engineering review and in looking at the response letter from Steve Barnes, he is stating
that a fire sprinkler system is not required since the house is less than 3,000 s[ | know that the latest submittal removed
an exterior staircase so I am not sure if that changed the requirement. Currently the plans state that one is required.
The fence has also been removed from the site plan so we are thinking a statement regarding a separate fence permit
application should be noted.
Please advise.
