2)Onthe Site Plan, a35%value isshown for 'Maximum Impervious Lot Coverage'. The 35%maximum isactually
for structural lot coverage, which includes "the total ground coverage of all buildings or structures on a site
measured from the outside of external walls or supporting members or from a point two and one-half
feet in from the outside edge of a cantilevered roof, whichever covers the greatest area." (ECDC
21.15.1I0). Please break out the structural lot coverage for the house, porch and addition elements and
