The western portion of the guardrail has been eliminated from the plan set to conform with the allowable encroachment within the 25' street setback. 2. Lot coverage. The coverage calculations have been revised to reflect decks greater than 30" in height, the front porch and building cantilevers. There are no roof overhangs greater than 30". 3. Site plan. The street has been correctly labeled 209th St. SW and the front porch has been labeled. 4. Thank you for waiving the critical area report requirement.
