Thanks for your response. Given the limitations of the revised 60 -ft right-of-way, the revised fence line only would be within a few feet of
the north side of our house. Also, because the City will not condsider giving us an exception to the height, a 3 -ft fence for the entire 30 -
ft from the corner will neither give us the privacy nor protection for our children from the high-volume activity on Dayton St because we
are a few feet below grade, we've decided to withdraw our fence permit application and leave that area as -is.
