I looked over the drawing the architect ,Jeff Oaklief, sent over to me. I have the pricing for the project regarding the irrigation and landscape. Subgrades excavated as per detail for topsoil & mulch depths. Includes machinery, dumping fees, trucking, and labor --------------------- $ 2,500.00 The landscape portion comes to --------------------------------------------------- $13,750.00 This includes the plantings, the soil amendment, topsoil, mulch, fertilizer, staking, machinery, and labor. 4" topsoil for landscape areas and 12" soil/amendment for retention areas. I figured about 4days w/4guys. The irrigation portion comes out to ------------------------------------------------ $ 3,400.00 Includes all labor and materials to complete with rainbird parts.
