Your review comments (in italics) and our corresponding responses are shown below. Revisions complying with your comments have been incorporated into the construction plan sheets. Buildiniz Exterior Please indicate whether any changes are proposed to the building exterior materials and colors that were reviewed and approved as part of the associated design review application (PLN20140071) for both the Taos and Cheyenne restrooms. See attached color elevation views for reference. If any changes are proposed, please provide a revised color elevation view indicating all proposed changes. No changes are proposed for the building exterior materials and colors. Setbacks 2. The Commercial Waterfront (CW) zone requires that buildings be set back a minimum of 15 feet landward of the bulkhead. According to information submitted during the associated shoreline permit and design review applications (PLN20140070 and 71), they Cheyenne Restroom was stated as being 72 feet - landward of the bulkhead and the Taos restroom was stated as 25 feet landward of the bulkhead. Please confirm that there has been no changes to the proximity of the proposed restrooms to the bulkhead and indicate the minimum 15' setback from the bulkhead on the site plan. The minimum 15 -foot setback has been added to the site plan. Landscaping 3. It was noted on the plans that some existing landscaping will need to be removed and replaced as part of the project. Please indicate the landscaping within any existing landscaped areas that may be disturbed during construction and indicate how that landscaping will be replaced (including size and species of existing and proposed replacement plants). If any new landscaped areas are proposed with the project, please also provide landscaping information for those areas. Construction Notes 5 and 6 on Sheet C3.0 indicate the existing type and size of the landscape planting that need to be replaced if removed during the sewer installation.
