During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed

1) Clearly label which utilities are existing and proposed (for example, changing the line types, only
highlighting what is new, etc.). [Note added; Ai,i, iA`iLi` IES ARE EXIS,i"IN(il
2) Provide a copy of the approved permit/application from BNSF that allows the site to discharge to their
property. [Do not pian on discharging storm water to BNSF right away at this time. Since we are
not adding any impervious area addition to the existing system should not be required. Storm
water will run into existing infiltration pit through existing system. A.t time time NSF' issues
permit a r visiox.'m for storm water mitigation will be applied for.]
3) City Sewer easement: planter boxes. Provide a cross section detail of the planters, the detail should
address that there are no surcharges being placed on the sewer main. IDetail section of planter and
paving shown on. A2. Note bottom of planters are open and should not: place any sure charge on
sewer main.]
a. Since the project is requesting to add a more specialized driveway (pavers), and there are
utilities and a portion of the roof located within b easement, an encroachment permit will be
required. Please see Handout #E26. [ENCROACHMENT PERMIT has been submitted
with this proposal]
