1. We have changed the energy credit options on the plan to reflect the clients
use of a heat pump heating system
2. Detail YG1 note added to A3. Footings widened at locations noted in "b" and
«c„
3. Holddown schedule revised and anchorage is noted
4. T3 holddowns removed since these were used when there might have been a
pony wall required at the back of the house. B3 has been added for the dining
room window. See note and callouts for shear connection at guest room
ceiling. Blocking has been added between the trusses
5. We have changed the plans to reflect the use of a heat pump. An air handler is
now shown upstairs along with a heat pump unit outside. MSTA36 straps
have been revised to MST48 straps or MSTC48B3 depending on location
