All modified drawings have been labeled with a revision marker 2, dated 12/30/2015. Items addressed are as follows: 1. The home already has a tankless water heater which will be relocated and if necessary enlarged. I have added notes regarding the low flow faucets to A2.1 and need for plumbing design for system. 2. Foundation ventilation is allowed to be 1/1500 per exception. See note one under foundation calculations. We use 1/500 to be conservative. No change recommended. 3. All windows mentioned are already sized to meet egress requirements. A new `egress' note has been added to each. 4. Please see notes added to A2.1. 5. Please see A2.1 and A6.1 for added handrail. 6. Please assume the larger for permit fee purposes. 7. Fans added to both laundry areas on A5.1. Fan already located in master bathroom A5.1. 8. The whole house ventilation will be incorporated into the HVAC system and will be designed by the HVAC subcontractor as design/build. 9. Per the structural engineer, the shear wall ID and hold-down designation requested can be found on S2.1. This was already on the drawing so no edit is proposed. See attached clouded sketch. 10.
