All revision made on plan are clouded. #1. Show all impervious area on plan. Showed on resubmitted site plan (sheet A01). Detailed impervious area calculation also provided on this sheet. #2. Storm water 2.a.& b. City and county do not have any recode regarding existing house storm water management system. I work with property owner but we could not find any existing storm water management system on site except the building footing drain system. The existing house was built on 1984, it is later than City code require this system on 1977. There must have one exist. The unclear is just where it is. We are assuming all existing driveway and house storm water drain to the existing system, So, all new roof water and new added driveway storm water shall drain to an new system. With your great help, the owner made decision to build a new Rain Garden. Owner made a test for onsite soil infiltration rate. Based on this test, I designed this rain garden as show on added sheet A01.1. All detail and calculations showed on plan. #3. Label the type of existing deck. Labeled on plan. the back yard deck is a permeable wooden deck. #4. #5. Drive way. Existing parking and driveway is asphalt paved. Showed on plan. This asphalt payment continued to the edge of street asphalt pavement. #6. How the surface water runoff from the driveway. Existing driveway inside of property shall be drain to existing storm water management system. Existing surface water runoff beyond property line is dispersed to river rock covered street side. This river rock paved area is along 234th ST W. about 10' wide 52' long. #7. Show the location of the sewer. Existing sewer is from existing house restroom area running straight to the 234Th ST, W. new addition area will not cover the existing sewer. #8. Show the water service line from meter to the house. Existing water meter and water line location showed on plan. the water line is from meter to the existing house water heater location (water heater located on north of existing fire place). Water meter location showed on site plan. Should you have any questions and concern, please email or call me at any time. To speed up the review process, we authorize you to "red mark" on our plan and calculations if you find any minor mistake or typo. Sincerely yours, David Lee 206-817-6081 (cell) .david608l@gmail.com
