I received the correction notice #2 for the Mangum Addition/Remodel at 625 6e' Ave S, Building Permit
# BLD2015-1619 dated lurch 29, 2016. Below are the requested corrections and locations on the
drawings that they can be found:
3. A construction access and filter fence has been added to the site plan on sheet 01 and 02 for
erosion control measures. The filter fence details can be found clouded on sheet A4.2.
5. The note has been moved north of the stream and arrows have been added pointing to the
two buffer enhancement areas on sheet 01 and 02. The most current Critical Area Study and
Buffer Mitigation Plan is dated March 9'1. We are submitting another copy of this updated
report. The changes from the March 7'h report include changes on page S with a couple of plant
substitutions in the mitigation planting plan.
