Attached please find revised civil plans and a letter report addressing SSMR's 1 — 11 and
direct discharge to Puget Sound. A response to review comments is included below in bold
italics.
Civil, Architectural, and Structural Plans
• The reviewer is requesting information on stockpiles.
As shown on Sheet C1 of the plans (Item #5 of The 12 Elements of SSMR #2), no
stockpiles are proposed as material will be loaded directly on dump trucks and hauled to
an approved disposal location. Additional note added to Sheet C1 for clarity.
The reviewer is requesting a note pertaining to ECDC limitations on site access and special
inspections.
Note added to Sheet C1.
0 The reviewer states that the topographic survey does not include the tax account number.
The property owner/parcel information is already shown in the title block of the survey,
no revision required.
• All civil sheets include my PE stamp and signature, and all information required by ECDC
19.10.030.B.4 and F.
As stated in the geotechnical report, onsite dispersion and infiltration of stormwater
runoff are not recommended. All runoff will be collected and conveyed to the City's
conveyance system.
A letter report is attached addressing SSMR's 1-11 and direct discharge to Puget Sound.

comments concerning the civil engineering plans.
