Please see revision notes following below your notes: During a review of the plans by the Building Division for the above noted project, it was found that the following information, clarifications, or changes are needed. 1. The application indicates that 2 water closets are to be installed, but only one new water closet could be found on the plans. Please clarify. Are these new pieces of equipment? If so, is the path of compliance to the Washington State Energy Code (WSEC) section R406? In any case, please indicate on the plans how the requirements of Section R406 will be satisfied. Specify which option(s) from Table R406.2 will be utilized to achieve the required credits. Please show the smoke detectors throughout the house as required per IRC R315, i.e. within each sleeping room and outside of and in the vicinity of the sleeping room area(s).
