Thank you for your comments, please see lines following fo response. 1st Review — 4/5/16 2nd Review — 5/12/16 1) 5/12/16 — Comment was addressed; however, the sport court is labeled as lawn. Is this accurate? Can you please enhance the hatching for the concrete areas (they are hard to see on the plans submitted). t hermmmak. Response, Changed Sports Court label proem lawmen to sports court and increased time hatching of concrete area fill. (A 2) 4/5/16 Comment - Show all impervious areas on the site plan (i.e. walkways, sport court, etc.). a) If the areas are to be removed, please show them on the plans and label to be removed. b) Any existing impervious area that is to be removed and replaced where the new addition is to be placed can be shown as it currently is on the submitted plans. Chermmmak Response: All impervious areas shown as Cone. Fill. All existing stabs to be removed are replaced with new roof'structures. Added new inmpervious to inipervious calc. Made cone. fill darker and clarified note on plan. (A.,.2) 2) 5/12/16 — Comment was not addressed accurately. Per the building plans, there is new slab to be added. As stated previously if you are removing any slab to bare soils (which is what cont. Page 2 of 2 the plans show) it will be considered new impervious area even if installed in the same location as the existing. a) Revise the plans to clearly show the new impervious areas. If it is a 2nd story addition only note as such on the plans. C::hernaualk flesponse: Added sq. ft of irnlllmervions to be replaced by building ,,ts new imperviomis to table. (.: .2) b) Above applies to the addition completed in 1996. (`hurtnaali.Response: Yes. c) Revise the impervious surface calculations accordingly for the new and 1996 addition. Cherrnalc Response: Completed (A-2) 4/5/16 Comment: Impervious areas are calculated as new impervious surface areas for any areas added to the site after 1977 or where existing impervious areas are to be removed to bare soils. The only exemption (not counted as new impervious area) is the repair of driveways and walkways. For example: It appears as though the new roof for the pool house is going over existing slab that is not to be removed. If this is accurate, it is not counted in the impervious surface calculations. Please revise accordingly. 2) 5/12/16 — Comment was addressed; however, please reference the report with the note. Chernmak Response: Yes, this is correct. (A. 4/5/16 Comment - Per the Report from Mark Dodds dated 3/2/16, any captured groundwater is to be disposed of in a controlled manner to an approved facility. Please note as such on the plans. 3) 5/12/16 — Comment was addressed; however it appears that a portion of the slab that is to be redone will be placed over the location of the existing sewer. Will the sewer need to be repaired or modified? If so, please clearly show which portions of the sewer will be new. Cherurrmalc. Response: All existing sewer lines are adjacent: to new construction and will not he encroached on with new construction. We will not he disturbing the existing sewer. See A,,,, 4/5/16 Comment - Show the sewer line from the house to the sewer main. If the addition is placed over the sewer, a cleanout is required on the side sewer within 2' of the structure. If a cleanout will need to be added (due to the addition), please note as such on the plans. C"hernmak. response: The addition will not be placed over time sewer line. The hatched area that looks to overlap sewer is a main fl window lrmnip out 10' off grade. addition completed 1996. ( ,,,,2)
