10/20/2016 360, AWS D1.1 welding code, project plans and specifications as follows:
1) Met with contractor and reviewed structural drawings and details.
2) Verified WABO welder certification for: Rick M Burke, #W06294, expires OCT 2017, for
Structural Steel-SMAW & FCAW processed, Sheet Steel- SMAW & FCAW processes.
3) Performed final visual inspection of field welded of new %" threaded rods and 3/8" stiffener
plates to existing steel beam cover plate as per detail 3/Sheet 2.
Welding was found to be complete per above referenced details and RFI's and AWS D1.1-
2015 Table 6.1.
