This will provide adequate separation from the neighboring foundation elements, and will not increase the risk of slope instability on/and around the subject site. Sincerely, Steve Steve H. Importance: High Hey Steve, We chatted about this on the phone, we had to move the riprap outflow up the hill so that it is 37.5' away from the Wetland Edge. You can see the update in the attachment. All would be excellent except for one problem, in your letter you note that the new location is in the corner at the toe of the slope. As you can see in the drawing we are about 20' away from the toe of the slope. When we chatted, your biggest concern was the distance away from our foundations. We will be over 25' away from the foundations at this location. The city is hoping for a quick note that you are okay with this. Nothing formal. Is this going to work? Arne
