NOTES:
Checked backf ill placed over side sewer for new residence on north side of Sprague
Street under construction. Contractor tapped into existing main to run side sewer to
north side of road. Backfilled with imported crushed rock. A jumping jack compactor
was used to compact crushed rock in lifts to street sub grade. Contractor capped
street with cold patch asphalt end of day.
