The mechanical mezzanine is not supported by this wall. This has been verified by confirmation of the joist orientation spanning between the east and west walls of the restroom and the absence of a header in the wall we are removing. d. Indicate on the plans the required verification of the provision of a minimum of 187 CFM of outdoor air into space 101" - Sales — per International Mechanical Code (IMC) Table 403.3.1.1. Any mechanical work required to meet the minimum ventilation rate is to be completed under a separate permit. Wall bracing detail updated to show wall being braced to structure of mechanical mezzanine above. On the provided Washington State Energy Code (WSEC) Compliance Forms for Commercial Buildings: 8. Provide as part of a complete submittal the "interior Display Lighting — Space-By-Space- LTG-INT-SPACE" checklist for the proposed "Lobby Art/Exhibit Display Lighting" installation. It could not be found among the other provided WSEC checklists. The proposed fixtures must be represented on the plans to guide proper review, installation, and inspection. Updated WSEC Lighting Compliance checklist — attached. Sheet A2.0 — Updated LTG-INT-SPACE worksheet to show revised square footages and Retail Display Allowance from LTG-INT-DISPLAY. - SHEET A1.0 — Updated keynote 1.0 to read, "24"Wx24"H BUILT-IN CONTINUOUS COUNTER.
