Itemized below is our response to the engineering review comments in the June 5, 2018 letter for the
above referenced project. Our response appears in bold.
1. An encroachment permit is required for the portions of the house and retaining walls located in the
right of way.
An encroachment permit has been applied as part of the short plat under PLN20180033.
2. Since the property has not been subdivided at this time, please remove the references for the 3 lots.
Reference to the 3 lots have been removed. Please refer to S0.1.
