During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:

1. Engineering notes that the existing fence posts paralleling 83 Ave W encroaches approximately 1.5 feet into
City right-of-way according to the Park Court Plat.
2. Engineering also notes the fence posts are within an area (tract 101) designated as common by the Plat, which
notes: “No clearing, grading, filling, or construction of any kind shall occur except for necessary utility
installations.”
3. The fence along the south property line appears to be encroaching several feet into the neighboring property to
the south.
Please resubmit three copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.
