I received the correction notice for project #BLD20161252 dated May 8, 2017. Below are the requested
corrections:
1. Landscape Plan: A performance bond will be required for release of the building permit. The
City will use this estimate to set the amount of the landscape performance bond.
Provide an itemized cost estimate to cover landscaping, fencing, and irrigation
Landscaping and Irrigation: $3,750.00
Fencing: $1,750.00
