1.Need to compost amend soils around the site and vegetate.
2.Clean grate of concrete at driveway entrance. Remove dirt anddebris within the catch.
3.Extend downspout at the SW corner of the home such that soils will not enter the tightline.
4.Remove dirt and debris east side of thedriveway near the right of way.
5.Reduce height of storm cleanout at the back side of the house. Show clean out on the as-builts.
6.Reduce height of sewer cleanouts and show on as-builts.
7.Provide update as-builts.
