Side sewer is not shown on civils. Neither is the lateral to which it connects. 2. If side sewer is proposed to be connected to the existing lateral that served the prior residence, contact Public Works so that they can determine the adequacy of the existing line. Otherwise, a new connection to the sewer main will be required 3. The existing water meter shall be moved to the City side of the right-of-way line. TESC 4. ECDC 19.10.040(C) specifies the authors of the geotechnical report shall issue a statement regarding the adequacy of the TESC plan. 5. Add note to TESC plan to restore native vegetation on steep slope disturbed by construction activities. 6. Add note that construction activity is restricted in the Earth Subsidence and Landslide Hazard Area from October 1 to April 1, and can only continue during those months by permission from the Building Official. DRAINAGE 7. ECDC 19.10.030(F) has the added condition that drainage designs shall be accompanied with calculations.
