During review of the civil drawings for the proposed project it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed. Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised civil drawings and associated documents with

DRAINAGE
1.The Stormwater Engineer has approved your application for direct discharge of the runoff associated
with the impervious surface of your addition.
2.Foundation Drainage. Any proposed foundation, retaining wall, or permanent interception drainage shall
also be routed directly to the City stormwater system. Please make the appropriate notes on all affected
drawings.
3.There appears to be two City of Edmonds drainage / storm easements crossing the project property.
Please include the extents of those easements on the survey, civil, and site plans to ensure your proposed
project does not encroach on them.
