The meeting of the Edmonds City Council was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor
Laura Hall. All present joined in the flag salute.
There was no regular agenda. The Mayor and Council moved to the small Plaza
Meeting Room for an executive session for the purpose of setting labor negotiation
parameters.
At 8:20 p.m. the Mayor adjourned the meeting, at which time the Councilmembers
commenced with their respective committee meetings.

(NO COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMITTEE MEETING THIS MONTH)
The three City Council committee meetings are work sessions for the City Council and staff only,
and are not public hearings. All committee meetings, however, are open to the public.
