As you may be aware, your property is located in the 30 percentile of predicted landslide movement ., within the Meadowdale Landslide Hazards Area. Permit applications within all designated landslide areas are subject to City Ordinance #2661. Waivers from these requirements must be requested in writing and submitted to the Building Official for review. Therefore, subject to this ordinance, the following is required: 1. Geotechnical Report: A licensed geotechnical engineer shall prepare a report to evaluate subsurface soil conditions and determine whether the proposed deck will risk "r damage to adjacent property or increase the potential for soil movement on site. + Recommendations for footing depth and design shall be addressed, 2.
