Date: 12/10/08 Re: Modification to the SEPA Checklist for Perrinville Creek Diversion Project On March 16 1993, the City's SEPA Responsible Official issued a Determination of Non -significance for the aforementioned project. Due to some natural changes to the stream channel over time, a modification to the weir structure installed as part of this project is needed. The modifications will increase the effectiveness of diversion structure. The work is within the ordinary high water mark of Perrinville Creek. A third sentence is added to Item 11 of the original SEPA checklist (enclosed) for this modification: The weir structure that was originally designed to help direct high creek flows into the diversion structures will have adjustable end plates and a removable cross board bolted to the main weir plate. When 1 receive a SEPA determination on this modification, I will include it in a JARPA application to the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife. City of Edmonds cg Administrative Services
