didn't notice until just now that your file did not have a land use application with it nor was the fee paid. If you would,
please fill out and submit a completed application form (available at: .
httj2://www.ci.edmonds.wa.uslbldq permits forms.stm - use Land Use Application, Form B) and pay the $115 fee. The
forms are also available at City Hall - we are closed on Wednesday for permit review. Once that info is submitted, I should
be able to sign off pretty quickly.
Sorry I didn't notice sooner but this paperwork is required before I can approve the project.
