The facility will include replacing an existing 39 - foot tall wood electrical pole with a 62 -foot tall wood electrical pole in the street right-of-way of 238th Street SW. Three antennas with support equipment will be located at the top of the new wood utility pole. A new equipment enclosure will be located on the adjacent property, 10307 238th Street SW (Klahaya Swim and Tennis Club) and include equipment cabinets and a generator. The equipment will be enclosed by a 9 -foot tall wood fence with accompanying landscaping.
