On my oath 1 certify' that I, manage/own a business at

had a pedestrian sign in use during some or all of the period between June 12th, 2016 and August
12th, 2016. Additionally, the business has an existing legally permitted wall sign. I understand
that the size of the pedestrian sign (up to six -square -feet) won't count against the total allowed
square footage for permanent signs for purposes of getting a pedestrian sign permit at this time
but that all other pedestrian sign requirements must be met.
