The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the following items have been
addressed/corrected. Please resubmit 3 sets of revised drawings to a Development Services Permit
Coordinator.
1. Provide invert elevations at the end of the run and at each point where pipe size changes. Earlier discussions with
Longitude 122 on the sanitary sewer line for these buildings, indications were that the minimum 2% grade could not
be achieved and that an 8” would be used the entire run in order to get sufficient flow to the sewer manhole. Also,
the minimum sanitary sewer lateral size allowed is 6”. A portion of the lateral shows 4”.
