The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the following items have been
addressed/corrected. Please resubmit 3 sets of revised drawings to a Development Services Permit
Coordinator.
1. Based on the inverts provided, the main 4” run has only a 0.9% slope and the 6” portion of the run is only 0.65%.
The minimum slope for 4” is 2% and 6 inch is 1%. As stated in my previous comments, earlier discussions with
Longitude 122, they stated the minimum 2% grade could not be achieved and that an 8” would be used the entire
run in order to get sufficient flow to the sewer manhole. Please coordinate with Longitude 122 on this issue and
correct as required.
