architectural plans for your reference. I will send over an updated stamped structural plan shortly.
Sheet A2 revisions include:
Added existing smoke and carbon monoxide detector locations.
Added existing window location at existing window in kitchen
Removed notes regarding the new 2x4 and 2x6 walls
Sheet S2.1 revisions include:
Proposed beam size has been updated to GLB 5 ½ x 9 (which matches the calculations)
