The Fire Department provides the following corrections from 12/1/2006 revision and
reviewed under 2003 International Codes and Edmonds Community Development
Code.

Landing for fire aerial apparatus in Amenities #2 parking lot is unnavigable as
drawn. Upon scale, it appears a satisfactory landing area could be
accommodated along access road. Re-contact as needed and redraw your
proposal satisfying fire aerial access.
