Before I can sign off on it I need the following: 1.Porch: The floor plan for the addition shows a porch to the west of the addition. This porch should also be shown on the site plan. 2.Shed: The site plan shows a shed which it notes was constructed in 1998. This area was annexed to the city of Edmonds in 1995. The shed meets the rear setbacks, since there is a provision to allow accessory structures less than 600 square feet within 5 feet of the rear property line. However, the 7.5-foot side yard setback is required even for accessory structures. The site plan shows only a three- foot side-yard setback. Please make sure the shed meets the required setbacks. 3.Height Calculations: a.Confirm that the top of the fire hydrant is the point that is 100 feet. b.I believe there is a typographical error in the Actual height given since the elevations show the building as 15 feet 3 inches, but the actual height is given as 102 feet which would make the building five feet tall. Please confirm that 112 is the actual height. c.Include the average grade, actual height and maximum height on one of the building elevations (sheet 3). Please make all submittals to the Development Services Permit Coordinator, and provide two copies of any revised plans or elevations and three copies of any site plans.
