The following pre-application has been evaluated under the 2003 International Codes
and Edmonds Community Development Code.

1. Outline scope of work on a plan that shows the entire 3 floor.
2. There is no fire sprinkler system, however, there is provided a central fire alarm
system. Show location of existing alarm and notification devices.
3. Provide a portable UL listed fire extinguisher minimum rated 2A:10B:C within 75’
travel distance from all project locations.
