The following project has been evaluated under the Edmonds Community Development
Code & 2003 International Fire Code.
1. List fire alarm as separate submittal (Bldg comment #4). Show existing system
and new.

2. Provide emergency lighting along paths of egress throughout 1 floor tenant
spaces (Bldg comment #14).
3. Call out exit signs (Bldg comment #13).
4. Provide 2A:10B:C rated portable fire extinguishers no greater than 75’ travel
distance from any point on each story.
