The following pre-application has been evaluated under the 2003 International Codes
and Edmonds Community Development Code.
1. Provide demolition and new suite numbers.
2. Correct General Note # 25 to read “…COUNTY CITY” FIRE MARSHAL. There is no
fire sprinkler system, however, there is provided a central fire alarm system. Show
location of existing alarm and notification devices in demolition, new, and common
areas.
3. Provide a portable UL listed fire extinguisher minimum rated 2A:10B:C within 75’
travel distance from all project locations. Show existing location(s) in demolition,
new, and common areas.
