Your site plan only shows 25 -ft. Please modify the site plan to show the required 50 -ft buffer or provide a letter from the Geotechnical Engineer of record stating that the buffer reduction will adequately protect the proposed development, adjacent developments and uses and the critical area as required per ECDC 23.80.070A1b, Buffer Reduction. 2. Provide an observation for the Infiltration system. The observation well shall be located at a point approximately half way along the trench and it shall extend to the bottom of the trench. 3. Please show the existing Sanitary Sewer easement, and recording number, located west of the existing manhole in the property. Copy provided. 4. Provide a six -in sanitary sewer cleanout with locking cast-iron lid at the easement line per Edmonds standard detail E6.2 and E6.4. In addition, please add the following comment "The condition and usability of the existing sanitary sewer to be determined by the Sanitary Sewer division of Public Works. Please contact Tim Harris at 425-771-0235". Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.
