I've completed my review of your building permit application, and have signed off.
This is an FYI only. No need to respond.
The short plat decision (S-08-10) states the following, "The encroachment of the greenhouse onto proposed Lot 2 must
be resolved by either moving the greenhouse to conform to the setback requirements of the zone or seeking approval for
a lot line adjustment to send the appropriate amount of land from Lot 2 to the adjoining parcel to the east to allow for
sufficient setbacks for the greenhouse."
For approval of the building permit, planning staff does not deem it necessary for this to be resolved at this time.
However, by constructing your home 7.5' from the property line, a lot line adjustment would no longer be a feasible option.
